Iran is prepared to reinitiate atomic talks with the United States on condition that it is approached with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has stated.

Abbas Araghchi declared exclusively dialogue was effective, and disclosed recent overtures had been made by go-betweens to restart negotiations with the American leadership. He said Iran did not have secret atomic facilities, and Iran had not yet reached a point to authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to access struck enrichment centers for security reasons.

Navigating a Challenging Course
